基于ISL9220（A）设计的锂离子电池通用充电方案
本文介绍了isl9220/isl9220a主要特性，方框图以及单节和两节电池应用电路图。intersil 公司的isl9220/isl9220a是高性价比单节和两节锂离子和锂聚合物电池的通用充电器，具有同步pwm技术，以最大化电源效率，从而最大限度降低了充电时间和热量。1.2mhz开关频率允许是用小型电感和电容。充电电流高达2a，充电精度0.5%，主要用在pda和智能手机，mp3和pmp，手持gps设备，数码相机和工业手持扫描仪。
