avnet公司的picozed模块化系统(som)是基于xilinx zynq-7000全编程(ap) soc设计的超级灵活可靠的模块化系统(som),为设计者提供引脚兼容的在7010,7015,7020和7030 zynq-7000全编程(ap) soc器件间灵活移植.picozed模块内含存储器,配置,以太网,usb 以及时钟等支持大多数soc设计核心所需的常见功能.主要用在嵌入模块化系统,嵌入可视系统,马达控制,测试测量,软件定义无线电(sdr)以及工业自动化.本文介绍了开发板picozed som主要特性,框图,电路图,材料清单和pcb设计图.
the picozed som is designed to operate while plugged into a carrier card or base module, not as a standalone module. some documentation, such as board definition files, board support packages, and application examples only apply to a picozed/ carrier card combination so this type of documentation will be posted under the picozedcarrier card pages.
picozed™ is a highly flexible, rugged, system-on-module, or somthat is based on the xilinx zynq?-7000 all programmable soc. itoffers designers the flexibility to migrate between the 7010, 7015,7020, and 7030 zynq-7000 all programmable soc devices in a pin-compatible footprint.
the picozed module contains the common functions required to support thecore of most soc designs, including memory, configuration, ethernet, usb,and clocks. it provides easy access to over 100 user i/o pins through three i/oconnectors on the backside of the module. these connectors also supportaccess to dedicated interfaces for ethernet, usb, jtag, power and othercontrol signals, as well as the gtp/gtx transceivers on the 7015/7030 models.
the transceiver based 7015 and 7030 versions of picozed are a superset ofthe 7010/7020 version, adding four high-speed serial transceiver ports to thei/o connectors. designers can simply design their own carrier card, plug-inpicozed, and start their application development with a proven zynq-7000 allprogrammable soc sub-system.
